The “Center for International Educational Studies – Theodore” foundation is a Bulgarian non-government organization which helps Bulgarian youth who want to learn a foreign language. The foundation is a not-for-profit organization and seeks to invest and provide financial aid to schools, people, children and adolescents, who want to learn English.

The foundation was registered as a non-profit legal entity at the end of 2019. It is entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 205911678. The “Center for International Educational Studies – Theodore” Foundation is an independent, non-governmental, and non-political charity foundation that works in order to support Bulgarian youth in learning foreign languages, mainly English.

The main purpose for which the foundation was established is to invest in the education of Bulgarian youth. The foundation aims to help youth through various scholarships and English language training.
The founder of the foundation, Theodore Somach, is an Israeli business developer residing in the Republic of Bulgaria. Highly motivated, with a background in non-profit activity largely focused on “School Choice”. Somach was formerly the Director of Development at a large Non-Profit Foundation in Israel.

Alongside a team of Bulgarian experts with knowledge of the needs of the Bulgarian education system, Mr. Somach actively works to achieve the goals of the foundation. Mr. Somach seeks challenges and brings ideas to fruition. A graduate of the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville, Somach is a strong believer in education and understands the importance of empowering learning and leadership opportunities for youth.
